Managing Partners:

Ed Alvarez has over 30-years experience in recreation and club projects, as an owner and consultant.

Richard Nicolson has over 20-years experience in the luxury club space, both in project and business development.

Richard and Ed work with and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in all aspects of recreation development. As well, we invest in recreation and health club projects.

Corte KW is the first location for our in-house racquet club concept.

Any Court helped develop the Padel Club League, an amateur North American wide padel league featuring club teams.

Unionville Athletic Club

Luxury health and racquet club located in a four-star hotel. This private club caters to club members and hotel guests.

Lakeshore Estates Club

Private racquet and fitness club located in Regina, Saskatchewan. The location featured indoor tennis, squash, racquetball and fitness and was part of a luxury townhouse development.

Racquet And Fitness Academy

Private corporate racquet and fitness club located in an office tower. The club catered to employees in a town tower office complex.

99 Sudbury

A High-concept boutique health club located in the fashionable Queen Street West area of Toronto. This high-profile health club was part of an overall lifestyle complex that included a spa, fine dining, event space and indoor golf facility.
