Our first project, managed reopening and relaunch a private/commercial racquet club in Regina, Saskatchewan. The club featured

Owned and operated franchise, which had a strong racquet sport component. 

 We formally rebranded Club Markham to Unionville Athletic Club and rebuilt its operating systems, including new membership plans and a revamped fitness department. 

 We developed our own in-house brand to address the growing demand for pickleball and padel. The beta location opened in 2023 in Kitchener, Ontario. 

 In the role of acting league president, we provided consulting services to launch a league's inaugural season. This involved collaborating with various stakeholders, including investors and Padel Canada. 

 Worked with the founder of Red Padel to build out a national amateur padel league, with teams in Canada, the US, and Mexico.
